Sandia CrossFit is a massive 9,600 sq/ft strength and conditioning facility the likes of which hasn’t been seen since the great Agoges of the Spartans. We aim to deliver world class fitness along with a healthy serving of world class humor and inspiration. With trainers specializing in everything from Chinese Olympic weightlifting to Endurance training, we have programs for any age, and any level of health. Our trainers not only continue education in general health and wellness, they expand their education in pregnancy and fitness, mobility and body structure, and developing a positive mindset and approach to fitness.
If you aren’t either laughing, drenched in sweat, or both by the end of the day we have failed you.
We are a CrossFit facility at heart which means we dabble in all forms of exercise, and our training program reflects that. Combining the best aspects of Weightlifting, Gymnastics and high intensity cardio into one tidy package, we produce undeniable results in individuals of all ages. Whether you are trying to be the next great CrossFit champion or just want to fit into a smaller pair of jeans we have something for you.
